  • Definitely one of my favorite Who tunes, so many underrated gems in this band.

  • coolest youtuber name all-time, has the author.

  • Notice there's no drums. It's in 6/8 timing and Keith (Because of his excessive drinking and drugging) was so erratic that he had a problem keeping the beat so Pete decided to scrap the drum track...... Also notice the sound of Pete kicking a bottle @ 1:27

  • "Deep in the back of my mind is an unrealized sound".

  • That is the problem with music today it needs to change without the use of auto-tune but it needs to change again with the use of the continuous new creativity human soul talent element as Wolfman Jack had said back in 1981,not computers and robots deciding what music is the best in the world.

  • Fantastic Song....greatest of stories.....and timeless...

  • has anyone else noticed how creepy it is that this is the last song on the last album that keith moon recorded and it features no drums? that plus the fact that its called music must change is pretty creepy to me

  • @joelypoley508508 Wow, those are very good points.

  • @joelypoley508508 Who Are You is last on the vinyl i got... but did you notice that keith's chair says "Not to be taken away"?

  • @mullinator7 Yeah, months later, he is dead. But not in my soul.

  • @joelypoley508508

It was the last song on the first side, not the last song on the album. Maybe that will make your creepy feeling go away.

  • @liman42 I think it was the last song Moon ever recorded with the band, even though it is not the last song on the album....

  • My favorite on the album

  • 6/8 is a bastard time to play in. I hate it! It's a pity Keith couldn't play on it though, there are some perfect breaks for him to have really cut loose in. Though I do like that this is so laid back.

It's wrong when people say that he couldn't play in 6/8 at all though. Because there are quite a few examples throughout his time with The Who. I think his drumming is still great on this album.

Great song, great lyrics and great vocals from Roger. Really shows his versatility.

  • @lexy67flc

Well he isn't a grooving drummer. That is his disadvantage... But that is his advantage at the same time! He's awesome and amazing! Sure he can groove, but mostly he does best at his own thang! John Bonham is a grooving drummer though... There both different. Too much contrast to compare.

  • this is the song that keith moon couldnt play in 6/8 time because of his long hiatus and skill loss :(

  • Severely overlooked Who song. Some of Townsend's best lyrical work going on here.

  • i was 20 when i had this album. at 51 i feel i loved and learned 1000 times and more over.

  • Greatest band ever.

  • i bought this LP right before Keith died.

    Brings back memories...thx 4 sharing.
