Funny thing about drummers... we all learn from each other. That's how you become a great drummer, you take in as much information as you can from EVERY drummer. Then you just add your own creative flavor and make it your own.
These two are prime examples of what you can do when you apply what I just said.

@LLroomtempJ no... they paused because they lost the organist. usually the harder chops are ones that don't go on the "on-beat" but the "off-beat" but still end on one. and depending on where you live? there still may be a good music scene where u are now, u just have to find it

whats withe the negative feedback.These are nasty drummers I know that very well.I have seen countless sheds in person and on youtube and I can say from a critical stancce that the setups are lousy,nnot the drummers or even the people playing the setup. Just the setup is weak.You can hear them struggling to get in good ideas because they are being restricted but such an unusual setup. Unusual/bad does not = out of the box.
