I really dislike how in this game and in the DonPachi series, they just HAVE to shoot lines of bullets at you with insane speed. Unless they have insane dodging skills or know how to stream, a regular player is screwed, especially with the limited bombs the players have compared to other series like Touhou. Still, good run.

Are you referring to the attack that occurs around 0:29? It's actually aimed at you, so you can just tap-dodge out of the way. Not much precision's required. :/
