Huge Nokia customer but not a sucker anymore...
How much RAM does it have?
How much storage memory?
Whats the OS? Symbian underperformed!
Like the N97 do they force u to install their apps in "c" drive causing serious memory problems?
Do you still have to buy necessary but business software like pdf reader/word/excel etc?
Do they still force u to keep useless bloat apps like JoikuSpot, Boingo etc ?
Does video player format support popular formats or codecs? N97 sucked

NOKIA NOKIA NOKIA, WHY DON'T U SIGN DEALS WITH AMERICAN COMPANIES LIKE TMOBILE OR AT&T SO THEY CAN PICK UP THE N8 AND SUBSIDIZE THE PRIZE, JUST ASKING AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE ACTUALLY REPLIES THIS QUESTION THANK YOU.

@beautifulgooal - Unfortunately North America is not the largest or hottest market for wireless use, Asia and Europe are the largest users of wireless, particularly GSM. The N8 is avail here in Canada with Rogers for a very low price, associated with a 3-year contract of course. You can also get it on Newegg for around $400- Unlocked.

Nokia! I own N95 8gb, 5510, 3310. I am with you since 1999. I suggest you should be more concern in the future about software for your GREAT hardware, instead of Ice-Skating. I know that developing a perfect phone is marketing suicide, but N8 had opportunity to become new king, and beat the Iphone. You just wasted opportunity. Still, I would sell my N95 and buy N8, but I think, N8 was last failure I could handle as a fan (not fanboy) of Nokia company.

I self own a n95 and i think n70, n73, n80,n86.... were the best non touchscreen phones but now to the touchscreen phones: My opinion is that the N8 is a good phone but not a great phone for me and many other people. Why? Because:
1. the symbian platform is too outdated.
2. The cpu is ``slow´´ by that i mean all high end phones have 1 ghz.. (gaming performance)
My advice:
1. Use maemo in your future devices and develop a good ``marketplace´´ for it.
2. Use the new Nvidia tegra 2 hardware.

nice details but will the fps increase? coz more details n higher fps = more amazing result... still wish it has 30fps though... *it doesn't i believe to do so
