@balla24z when break falling u really need to commit to it proper slam ur arm/arms down patting the mat like he does here will do f all also tuck ur chin in if ur gettin head aches ur not doing it properly and ur head is gettin to shaken up if u watch he is hitting the mat with back then arms it neads to be atleast at the same time and with a force equal to that of ur falling body so as to reduce the impact to ur body where all the important bits are
