 Helen was the best by far, had 99 percent of the qualities that are needed. She proved that all she needed was a direction and she would shine. Ideas are like farts in the wind, 99.999 percent have no chance of success as the origin of it has no ability after the idea. Helen all the way

Cannot beleive he did not hired Helen. I was 100% sure that he will get rid of the "mad inventor". Even Karren said that Helen will be a perfect organised candidate, whereas Tom will have everlastingly changing opinions. Anyway, with such strong public relations on TV, Helen should get an offer from some prestige company.

That Tom won this still sickens me.

He is suppose to be creative but showed little of this throughout the programme, thus being in the winning team only three times scraping through. He then comes up with a massively flawed business plan, when he shouldn't even be in the final. A nice guy but that cringey smile he does where he shows his too much of his teeth just makes me want to punch him cancelling out any postitive quality he has. Helen is practically flawless yet this idiot wins.

I'm sorry but this series was totally useless. Lord Sugar definately chose Tom right from the beginning based on his inventing skills. Throughout the tasks he has been horrible and should have been fired a few times. I don't think Lord Sugar chose the wrong person but this series was just ludicrous.

From the show website,regarding Ep 8 and Tom being PM." Tom’s team lost the task when it was announced that the major shopping outlet hadn’t placed any orders and with Tom’s personal sales book empty,".The ONLY time this guy PM'd he was an absolute disaster. I've come to the conclusion that LS changed the game to the new format because this way if the winner screws up he/she is on their own as opposed to screwing up his company. 250,000 Ibs is probably out of the TV budget or a tax write off.

Despite all of Helen's wins, (based on her 'business plan'), she should have been fired before Susie. Plus, I don't think that she should have been allowed to very conveniently put forward a second business plan as soon as she realised that the first hadn't met anyones approval. Why did they expect anything more from Helen? She is, after all, an assistant by trade, it shouldn't come as any surprise thats what her business plan was: to be an assistant.

I've been a big Jim fan from the beginning, but knew all along that under the revised format this season he wasn't going to win. Had it been set up like previous years, where they get a job in one of his companies, Jim would have pretty much walked it. His plan was actually not too bad. Just not a lot of money in it.
