dude ,get with the program chief,this doesnt go on your car bike rack, this is the replacement for your car. And yes, ebikes have pedals,you can and for some you must pedal them to make them go .Hence :bicycle =D

Except ebikes are limited to 15-20 mph and 200-750w depending where you live. The vehicle in this video is clearly in another time zone, it's a motorcycle.

Texas allows your bike to have as big of a motor as you want. Plus you are allowed to drive as fast as you want when you assist. You just cannot have a bike over 100 lbs, which todays batts allow.
