The second part was way harder than the first part. For some reason, he leaves himself practically wide open in this video. When I fight him, he gives me no chance to attack him in the second phase. At all. I've only tried to defeat it 4 or 5 times. I'll try again tomorrow.
in the second phase use guard formation when the dragon flies up but dont move, after a while it will use its ice breath, when thats done run away and wait a it,the dragon will use its tail to attack then attack again :D
@wizyoshi TOTALLY get this game. I borrowed it from a friend and beat it, but I loved it so much that I'm going to buy it just to have it in my library and support whoever made it. I know it didn't sell too well...

the other soldiers are better than the first ones anyway, so just take those. a wizard (you only get one in magic land at 12 pm) is useless. he can only turn things into wood or stone and that doesn´t work in boss fights.
How do I get to that dragon?? I killed the big red turnip from R Turnip forrest, but a gate is blocking my path to go futhur. Do I need to kill TV Dinnah first?
yes he can kill you in the last part the tail attack is still deadly at arround 5 min. but when you're people are snowmans it only counts as a hit i really have trouble with his arial attack when he trows down those ice spikes and then lands on the ground
That's actually pretty easy to dodge: Go into defense formation and don't move at all when he's flying. His attack will surround but miss you. Then you should be surrounded by these spikes. Simply get out of there before the dragon falls and no one has to be hurt.
in this vid his ice bretah doesn't leave ice pillars every single time but in my fight it did :O

No, you can get a complete kingdom after the first three kings. Just check your mission ´till the one with the dragon shows up.
