I have never played this game before, but I am curious about the loot system since it drops on the ground. Can anyone see it and pick it up like in diablo or are you the only one able to see it?

WOW is having lots of littel stories in AoC the story is about conan when he is king anyway dont understnad why strombanni is bad and conan "good" cos strombanni and conan have worked togheter and are friends tho conan was vice capten and strombanni was capten

I'm not a wow fanboy but I did play it and believe me either you never understood the story.. never player older warcraft games or your just retarded, The story is actually amazing in WoW and WoW probably has one of the best stories ever. I'm not saying AoC doesn't but you can't say WoW is lots of LITTLE STORIES because that is 100% not true.

WoW has very little story, you take part in numerous short quest lines. Warcraft does however, it just isn't capitalised on in WoW.

Nothing of Both, there are 2 Mods, 1. You can do Quests with other Players (Day), and there a Quests you have to do Alone (Night). But Mostly Day, so you see all other players

Congratulations, you know nothing of the history of MMO gaming. By your definition the gameplay of WoW is then based off of EverQuest, which is then based off of other games like Ultima Online. In fact, WoW is a whole hell of a lot closer to EQ than AOC is to WoW. The only thing linking them is that they're MMO's. Completely different games otherwise.

Also the Ranger does not use stamina while in stealth unlike the other classes, thier for, stealth forever!though i only got to 22 rager on sum stupid PvE server, i cant wait till i suscribe a gain and start fresh on PvP..

I haven't played AoC in a long while now, lack of end game content and lack of class balance really put me off. Can't say if it's any better these days but I know they have been working very hard on it.

To answer your question; every class can use the stealth skill, Rangers are part of the Rogue archtype who can stealth from level 5 if I remember correctly. The more skills you pump into it, the less likely you are to be spotted.

Man why did they remove the fps view :( I almost jumped in my chair when Funcom announced in a preview video that you would be able to perform crippling shots and headshots with your bow, aiming manually.

im playing ranger and gotta say they're hard ass. think they're a bit too strong. i was lvl 12 and i defeated lvl 19 cmon. not very good balance i think

At early game Rangers are definitely a bit imbalanced, but by the later levels it's a lot better. Can't win 1-vs-1 encounters by just standing there and nuking, have to use everything to my advantage. I'll post some more videos soon, so check them out.

The guild system works really fine. Theres an guild page were you can see information and the message of the day and such, then theres ranks..reminds alot of WoW´s guild page but still it feels fresh.

The guild towns are cool. You gotta build a Tier 3 city with all buildings, walls and such before you can build a Guild Keep you fight for in pvp =)
