Azuchi Castle being set on fire is not historically incorrect; it was burnt down in 1582. Neither is the base he set it on since the original location was near Kyoto on the shore of a lake, although there is now a reproduction based off of historical documents in Ise Sengoku Village of it though is not a 100% replica of the original. Therefore it is fairly historically accurate.
