I could apply the same theory to the R8 V10 compared to the Nissan GT-R, but we all know it's a irrelevant comparison, just like comparing the R8 and the LFA. LFA is on a completely different level.

the lfa is an experience, it's more than most car's can give, which is why they worked so hard on the exhaust and engine sounds and had those tubes for cabin engine noise as well, so you can really enjoy the quality of the entire hand built engine and machine.
