I pee'd next to a television transmiter tower once and shocked myself so bad, I feel backwards and was out of it for a couple of minutes gasping for air. When the jolt hit, I could feel it hit my bladder. Unbelievably painful. Worst electrical shock I've ever had in my life. If I had feel forward, instead of backwards which quickly stopped the stream hitting the source, I'd probably be dead. Trust me. Don't ever pee on anything with an electrical current going through it.

Depends on how much effort you put into peeing. Put some "strain" into it so you produce a more pressurised stream and who knows. And it aint just 600 volts, there's a fair amount of amps as well.

@TimidALFONS0 Dunno, I think the stream breaks later with more pressure. Its all down to the acceleration due to gravity and the time in free fall. The rig on mythbusters seemed to be just a flow due to gravity. I know there was a guy in our local paper who got knocked out walking his rottweiler. The dog pissed on a faulty lampost, the electricity went up the pee, thru the dog, up his choke chain lead and knocked out dog and owner.

I don't know about the third rail but I know from personal experience that you shouldn't piss on an electric fence. Electricity will absolutely shoot up the pee stream and shock the hell out of your junk!!! My ball hair hasn't been the same since, lol.
