As well it is apparent, at least to me, that all of the orchestra instrumentals(at the very least, if not almost all tracks) have been replaced by the "album instrumental tracks" and/or have just been out right added to cover up the "live sound

If I'm understanding you correctly then as a fellow Ozzy fan I am disappointed. I am a HUGE fan of Ozzy but even I know a thing or two about technical skill. I've seen Ozzy live as well, and while I must say he is doing better than he was five years ago he is no phenomenal singer, especially live. He has a very distinct and recognizeable voice and the songs are some of the best ever but he was never an amazing technical vocalist.

This is clearly a promotional video. This is 100% the album version of the song. So it's not a lip synch or an air band, it is a fake live video with an audio dub.
