I have a 6870 xfx dual fan edition i want to max battlefield 3 next Tuesday. should i upgrade to a 6970 or crossfire 2 6870's and keep the 6870 i have mine is a 1gb card if i get a 6970 it will be a 2gb edition

I purchased one of these cases after watching this video, thanks for posting. It is quite a nice case for the price and mine came with a front fan fitted as well as the rear fan. Also not shown in the video is it does come with rubber feet which you have to fit yourself. Also it comes with a host of screws for fitting HDDs, optical drives and the Mobo. It also comes with a few cable ties too. All of the screws etc are in the small brown box you tried to remove from the bottom HDD bay.

Linus, i recently built a customer a desktop using one of these, the only problems i encountered were that it doesn't come with an SSD adapter, it requires two USB plugins on the Mobo header, so if you want an SD card reader and all four USB ports your going to have to get a motherboard with 3 headers, which most dont come with :( . Nice review

In this video it would have been good to see what installation hardware came with the case. Does it have additional attachable rubber feet? It seems those would help with air flow under the case. If not I'm sure some could be easily purchased. Things like this would be good points to add in future reviews.

haha it feels like rubber that isn't sticky...

Just say, Most gaming mouses are finished with it as well, if you ever have to compare it with something again :P ... the soft touch rubber also is easier to clean from sweat stains.. compaired to normal plastic (that'll lose it's paint after a while of sweaty gaming) and it feels so awesome in the hand...

Personally, I really dig simple looking cases like this, it's a blank slate for modders.

The only 2 knocks I have are the drive cage doesn't go side to side, which is better for hiding cables, and no rubber grommets. All things considered, I don't think there has ever been a case made that I haven't had complaints about.... extremely picky to say the least.

Overall I really like it, in fact I like it so much I might have to cut on one myself :)

Nice looking case but I don't like the fact that the two 120's in the front have to pull through those little tiny vents along the side. Not enough airflow for hdd on an otherwise well-designed case. Was it really worth wasting all that space just for your logo, BitFenix?

I'd just like to add that this case comes with rubber feet that you stick on to the bottom, lots of thumbscrews and cable ties.

that latex vinyl soft touch coating will degrade into a gooey mess in time. avoid anything with this coating.

@cozmoz365 Well if u live in florida or warm and humid climate zones, the elevated Ozone in those climates degrades that latex coating, Ferrari , VW, Bently, Buick all use it and eith it flakes off like you describe, or it will turn to a oily, gooey mess.

I own a BitFenix Colossus, the stock fans are horrible. Living in a tropical-ish region of Australia I've had to leave the side off the case since the day I got it just to keep it at a reasonable temperature. Hopefully the newer cases have moved away from their useless cooling performance.
