I just learned how to pendy today. My friend gave me instructions, and a demonstration, with a little coaching, I got on my 5th try.

The best tips I can give is to look where you want to go, kick your front foot out to bring it back, and higher speeds makes it easier.

Also, get a fucking helmet.

@OilersHockey101 i find that the closer your hands are to the board, the harder it is to slide. put more weight on your hands and spread out

i had some pretty nasty wipeouts while i was learning... these were shot after i got the 180 portion down... you can imagine the wipeout footage i would have got from filming the ENTIRE learning process

as you can see from my video, i havent really been doing slides for very long, but stimulus slide great right out of the package, no breaking in required. on the other hand, i absolutely love retros, but ive never tried the harder durometer for sliding.

i would go with stimulus only because i know how well they slide, and it's all i really have to base my opinion on

(i just bought my dervish, and then it started to snow up here in canada, so i have to wait now)

@OriginalNJ stimulus are bomb ahaha i have durians on my dervish the purps the durians and stimulus are the best sliding wheels if you want to be able to go fast too, i suggest the purple :)
