love the irish apprentice......but i would say that this seasons candidates at the moment are quite forgettable .The winner in this series will have Bill as a partner in business so i hope for his sake they get better.
these people are just plain boring. at the moment i couldn't care less who stays and who goes. hopefully they get a bit more exciting in the coming episodes.
Hinestly do not think anybody would call these candidates business people at all. They're show ponies hoping to get on the D List and kickstart their media career.
My god this lot are giving Irish Business people a very bad name indeed, sure you expect a couple of duds in every show for entertainment purposes .. but this lot seem more interested in having shits and giggles at the end of the day than the bottom line of each task. Not entertaining, not effective, no executive and no ambition. Fail
the are all utterly useless a real shower of feckless wonders I would not go into business with any of them ... maybe the Girl for the North at a push but the rest are just feckless
@gordyt32 Yeah no I did, and I was genuinely impressed, that Harvard MBA guy was comedy gold but there was some serious business people in all of the Irish shows, and as an Irish man in Business abroad, by and large I have found Irish people extremely switched on in business and usually give a very good account of themselves ... this lot are just do mind bogglingly boring, uninspired etc etc ... whoever produced this season should be fired .. the casting is appalling

Yes he was absolute GOLD. Quite incompetent but hilarious. Loved the cadbury task where he put Aoiffe and Ruth in their place. Niamh and Michelle were good. Kieran was good until the Ryobi task.
Yes this season is particularly dull. Why are there so many marketing tasks? These people are all show ponies. Nothing but.
@gordyt32 Yeah I noticed that as well, the Irish show is very marketing focused, I think mainly because perhaps a lot of Irish companies focus on the domestic market, which is small and they have to market there way to share of the pie rather than a regional strategic approach. Barry was a dope but to be fair he did have something about him, SME flair .. I beleive he has some hairdressing shops in Dublin ... sounds about right .. probally hob nobbing it around the Dublin scene taking shite
@MrNiceHk He has or had one westendbarbersdotcom. He's selling it I believe. He was a dope but not as bad as Dave Cashman. Spends Bill's money but doesn't use the props he paid for. Tara was an idiot who needs to learn to breathe properly.
