Saw the man at Foxwoods last week. He still has a strong voice but his little band was too loud and brassy. He didn't need all that noise trying to drown him out. they only save that for singers who have lost their voices but his was still strong. I hope he does something about that cuz it really ruined the performance. but I still do luv you , englebert.

I think venue plays a role in that too.. Saw him in PA and wasn't to pleased then later saw him in Atlantic City and he was unbelievable.

Both videos are fantastic, after all they are both sung by Enge. The difference in time does change some things, ( place, band, costume, back up singers, arrangement of lyrics and Enge's appearance at that moment in time. However or wherever, there is Engelbert, making beautiful music, STILL.

Scott, have you checked Quando Quando Quando on your dads web site that was just put on a few days ago? When I first saw it, it didn't have the year posted but even today with no sideburns and lighter hair, it would make him look about 10 years younger, not that he looks old now but I think the darker color makes him look older. Just my opinion.
