I'm not really sure what you mean by when Jenny gave him his assignment. We didn't really see that, it happened while Gibbs was gone. Do you mean when she offered him his own team in her office? If so that is from 4x03-Singled Out. If not maybe if you could be give some more detail I'm sure I could tell you what ep it is. The scene where he gets the chair thrown at him is from 3x11-Model Behavior. And, again, it's no trouble at all! :-)
