  • do you have to stop at every weight station

  • Is that a 13 or an 18 spd? The red switch on the left side of the stick shift is how you can tell that its more then a 9spd

  • @highwayaddict1 not sure if it is the same in the states , but in oz 18 speeds have a red splitter button and the 13 has a grey splitter

  • i think ive been to Wallula, isnt there a Georgia Pacific in that town?

  • i preffer european trucks, they're lighter and shorfter and therefore much easier to handle and they can get to tighter places.

  • Really like your videos i feel im learning alot...plan to get into trucking after i retire from my current job in a couple years. thaks for taking the time to produce these.

  • love your videos man keep it up

  • Love the videos. Be safe, Paul

  • Smells like chicken an cow shit haha!

  • Hey Matthew, what do you think about European trucks (the ones with upright front) ?

  • @mikr0bas European trucks are much better!

  • @pedjawestboys why ?

  • @mikr0bas have better technology, more modern look, Euro 5, Euro 6 engines, Scania opticruz speed, Volvos Ishift ... Not to say that Mack or Peterbilt poor but Scania, Volvo, Daf and Mercedes Benz are better ...

American trucks are very heavy, which means that they need more power to achieve the desired speed

  • @pedjawestboys that is a solid argument, sir

  • Awesome video man.

  • I don't know if i'm wrong but it looks like you don't use the clutch when you change gear. Is that right and how does that work?

  • @scouten66 even in the UK in a fully manual (ie gear stick and clutch) you only really need to use the clutch to get going, after that you can rev match and if you're at the correct revs you should be able to just push the gear stick into the correct gear.

  • @scouten66 wondering the same thing.,,

  • Great video..

    best regards

    Jonas

  • Great video! In the future, can you show us how to slide the tandems on the trailer? Look forward to many future videos. Thanks.

Is there much european truckers out there that drives in america? I've heard rumors that there is actually, but maybe it's just bull**?

  • Love it, Best Trucking videos on the net....Thank you they are very informative.

  • these videos are great. it's interesting to see, what to you is complacent, is to us who don't drive professionally, as very informative and yes interesting. we all hope you don't stop making these sir. be safe out there man.

  • great video, Mr. Lynch! where exactly are u from, though? like im from Mission, Tx. born and raised!

  • Great video keep up the good work

  • It's very interesting tobsee how everything works in America as a trucker. I am from Europe and alot of things are different here. Thanks for putting all the effort in the videos! Safe trucking sir! Regards

  • I could watch these vids all day. I like the way you explain everything in a simple but Practical way. Keep um comin man!

  • @mineiscooler Absolutely true.

  • Great video

  • Great video and yes it was informative!

  • I hate 18 speeds,ill stick to the 10 speeds.

  • @bigarmin99 lol why u hate 18 speed? too many button to switch n press?

  • @8747800 An 18 speed doesn't have any more buttons then his 13 speed. The only difference is an 18 speed has overdrive on the low and high range gears. A 13 speed has OD only in high range. You can tell he has a 13 speed by the red splitter switch, if it was an 18 speed it would be gray.

  • great videos Thanks for sharing...

  • great video man keep it up happy holidays and new years godbless..

  • nice video again.

Can you deliver earlier your load and can they give you another load so you make more miles.

  • great video

  • Entertaining, informative and funny... your comment on the scent there reminded me of a trucker at a slaughter house in Texas picking up frozen hamburger meat.

  • i am going to try to live on 6 dollars a month for food while on the road.

  • Great videos man, keep up the great work.

  • Any advice for someone who wants to get into trucking?

  • very informative video

  • yo that was good that's a good video the bast on youtube.com i drive truck to and yeah the same as me hahah will be 10-10 and a big 10-4 goes to u driver be safe

  • Thanks driver for the video. I noticed on the lower gears, you seemed to simply ride the clutch a little, never fully depressing it to shift. You also seemed to skip a few gears getting your way to the high range. Is that normal shifting technique? Thanks again and stay safe out there.

  • Good video ! ;)

  • nice video keep them come
