Wenger fast tracked his development by giving him a lot of responsibility and showing belief in his ability and mental stengths, trusting him to captain the team at such a young age. Now he is coming into his prime but Barcelona should be thanking Wenger for how he managed Fabregas. He is a much stronger player because of all the experiences he had at Arsenal.
