Wars are complicated and expensive to wage. You need logistics - moving militaries over land and water. You need supplies and support. They just lost one of the last (if not the last) refueling tanker to an accident. The clerics made the military weak to avoid a coup.

What you cannot tell from this type of video is the quality of the weapons. We know Iranian missles have a high failure rate. With firearms, the machining has to be done well or else you will have machine marks that over time wear down and leave the tolerance in the weapon loose and sloppy. I dont know if Iran has had to produce fake pictures of their firearms working like they did their missles, but I wouldnt doubt it.

Eventually we had to start from the beginning don't we. Its an Iranian anti-ship Missile as the Chinese C802 was last shipped to Iran in 91'. Iran ordered 150 C802s but China only shipped 60 due to an arms embargo. Janes reports it as the Iranian version called Noor.
