I don't know if its necessarily his "most microtonal" work, many (most? - except piano, of course) are completely quarter-tonal. This is the only one I know mixing third- and quarter-tones, plus special beating effects. The third-tones are only a few chords in the strings, I'd be curious what his intention was (apart from "the more the merrier", which is fine, of course).
I'd have to say his most microtonal are Mikka and Mikka S :)
