This someone else shot her, and then Joon killed him. Then took her home where he lives with Thunder, help her get better. He had to leave and told Thunder to take care of her while he was gone. Joon came back and they had fallen in love. When she chose Thunder, he killed himself for them to be together. I think those are plane ticket at the end.
