What to do with these guns? Bloody feuds and cross border hostilities make NGO's operations here very difficult!
World Vision Kenya has done a commendable job in food security around Turkana District.

Turukana can be very productive if locals are taught how farm. The govt should support them with machinery and irrigation. A dam should be built on River Turkwell.
