You have to have a certain skill when it comes to acting in-front of the camera. It may seem easy enough, but it's not. i agree to disagree on the paparazzi argument however anyone can act. Lets say you and another person get in a fight. It's a real verbal nasty fight. Now take that fight and put it in a movie. A lot of people can't act naturally as they would if camera's weren't around them and if the pressure to perform wasn't there. For a lot it takes years to even get noticed if they get noticed at all. It does take a lot but it's not as hard work as trying to become a neurosurgeon for instance.

Continue my comment, sometimes the publicists and studios themselves call up the paps to hound the celebs for promotion yet no one yell at the PR firms and the studios 'cause they leave all the dirty work for the paps.
