It is the biggest lie of modern life. Putting aside the spiritual aspect of the issue science has proven with quantum physics that we are not our body. The myth has continues to be perpetuated for material gain. It needs to be dispelled.

I left my body once and it really scared me, especially when I realised I was looking at my body and my glasses were in the floor yet I was seeing with perfect vision.I then realised I was not dreaming.I think because I got scared I quickly returned back into my body.Father I would imagine you have left your body too,what is the best way to learn to do this at will?

it is also called OBE or astral projection...many people experience it and it can be wonderful(i have it too). Check Robert Monroe on youtube, his story started same way like yours...really fascinating!
