  • It's huge, green and freakin' mean! I love it! Actually I find it somewhat familiar 'cuz I drive something similar. I'm running 12.3's though. I can attest to how much power it takes to push a 4000+ lb beast down the 1/4! Check outmy 4 door Poncho on my channel.

  • badd ass!!! but if you like this check this 62 4 door out:) enter...( rich 10.80 mod ) it's another impala kicking ass but i's running 10's !!

  • LOL with hubcaps.. sweeeeeeet

  • Agree 100%, big cars, naturally aspirated and a lot of horses.

  • great vid i got my 73 impala and a 83 caprice and i bet mustangs and rice burners all day

  • Nice job making the boat move that was my intention when I started.... not too hard to turn heads with the old boats especially when the dont float by fly I love my 74 mustang killer....... Very nice sleeper these cars were all crushed and hardly old american muscle but a very few of us picture them as muscle including me.....

  • Looks like the Impala blew him.

  • Right on..Cool vid...

  • is that on Wyman Rd Near Edmore, I Live about 5 Minutes from there near Deaner Rd

  • Yes, it most certainly is! You might be able to hear them racing sometimes

  • i have, on a real quiet day

  • i live on 5th St In Edmore, Between M-46 And Deaner, i used to live on Neff Between Cannonsville And Coral, i'd heard them almost everyday in the summer. i've never gone there before.

  • very nice.hey dog a caprice is not considered american muscle.its a two ton honey dummy.great slepper

  • That's correct. Thanks bigdaddy. My point exactly!

  • Why is this one a sleeper? its an American Muscle.

  • Lets face it. In 1971, the Impala got everything from the 250 inline 6 to the 454 big block, but really how much horsepower does that big block put the the wheels in 1971? On top of a easy two-ton LUXURY GM Full-Size car? Sure, the Impala is a 'Muscle Car', but why can't you classify both and just let me call it what it is? When I go to the track, I really don't see full-size 70's Impalas running this fast...if I see any at all these years.

  • get the funk outta here!! oh man...thats awesome...I would love to roll up to some dork in a ricer with that old grand-pa car with the 14's and hub caps..then tooootally own him..:-)

  • you have me by .04

we should line'm up at Milan just for fun. :)

  • This is by far one of the most awesome things I have ever seen. I have two of these, one's a mint survivor and one needs restoration, I was going to sell it. Maybe I'll keep it and try something along the lines of what you've got!

  • Reverse induction cowl hoods do not a sleeper make!

  • That doesn't mean anything when stock Chevy, Ford, and Dodge trucks run around with cowl hoods. Besides, today's "Cowl" hoods don't function the way they were originally intended anyway. I still think the hubcaps and the stock stance and green paint, bench seat and factory column shift qualify as sleeper. Sorry buddy
