Fed played so well throughout the fall last year after Wimbledon, really hope he can find this kind of form going into Basel, Paris and then WTF's this year, if he can do well there it will put him in good stead ahead of the AO in 2012, and put him in a good mind set after what has been a 'mediocre' year so far for someone like Fed.

Roddick needs to stop screwing around at the net. He's NOT a serve-volleyer and he's failing so hard trying to be one.

The reason roddick serves and volleys more against roger is because roger just blocks his serves to get into the point and when the point gets started at the baseline there's no way roddick can compete with roger.

What roddick needs to do is get better approach shots that are closer to the lines giving roger less time to set up for the passing shot. Even then, roger will still pull off amazing shots.

I have been a fan of Roddick for a long time, but I have to agree. I feel like he is just so stubborn in wanting to play a passive, defensive game that all of these improvements he's made are too little, too late. I don't think he's will to play a more aggressive game, which is what he needs to do against people like Federer or Djokovic. He has all the tools to be an incredible aggressive player, but lacks too much of the repertoire for his game plan to be effective against the top 10.

willing* He also just doesn't seem to know what to do at all against Federer. Federer is fairly predictable when placed in a lot of situations, yet it seems like Roddick just refuses to change his point construction to better suit himself to Federer.

I am surprised to read many people here say these commentators suck. Come on, guys?! These are my favourites, very professional, understanding what tennis is about, not speaking all the time, providing on-the-fly and after-match deep analysis of how match goes/went. Of course, you can't tell it all by the highlights video.

By the way, does anybody know their names and what TV channel they are from? Definitely not from the Arabic one this video is taken from. I'd love to know their names!

blake has the agility but not the footwork, always out of position
