@88shico most ppl listen to mainstream stuff like lady gaga, and justin beiber cause its spammed on to the radio, and when they listen to real music they think its crap because they're used to marketed crap like justin beiber and lady gaga, even though they are stealing house and trance melodies for their songs

@zwalczyn by mainstream i mean stuff that is played the most on most radio stations/pop music, that have stuff like the top 40 and stuff like that. I'm from australia and theres not much trance played on the radio, all we get is mainly US pop music, which is shit compared to trance. it been mainstream for a while especially in the days when paul van dyk released "angel" and Tiesto was releasing big hits and playing in the greece olympics opening ceremony

@zwalczyn The only reason trance has become mainstream is because they play it at clubs and bars and the average people that listen to only the radio liked it (no surprise since most top 40 is electronic influenced anyway)! Most regular people don't know where to start researching it though and remain simply "Radio People"
