Straight immigrant needs to prove that they stay married with the US citizen and be together for at least 3 to 5 years before he/she can become a legal permanent citizen. They need to proved bank statement , residency, and close tight. Immigration official will interview the couple and pay visits to their house to make sure they live together without notice. So if you apply the same rules to gays then it won't be 3 months marriage fraud.

Straight immigrant needs to prove that they stay married with the US citizen and be together for at least 3 to 5 years before he/she can become a legal permanent citizen. They need to proved bank statement , residency, and close tight. Immigration official will interview the couple and pay visits to their house to make sure they live together without notice. So if you apply the same rules to gays then it won't be 3 months marriage fraud.

because polygamy is COMPLETELY reworking the definition. marriage is between two people. polygamy would just complicate things on a different level. the 14th amendment thing had no real point, so i'm not gonna say anything on that. and last, i don't think you've ever met a gay person, or knew one personally. they're not as alien as you may think.

How do you know? Are you homosexual? Homosexuality is, of course, born out of nature whereas marriage is a man made artificial construct. Also don't bring "God" into the debate until you come up with some REALLY convincing evidence as to his existence - and don't bring up the bible blah blah blah; they are just books written by human authors thousands of years ago.
