  • the shell looks like a dope looking shoe..

  • 2:45 i hear that at the dentist

  • oh you're suppose to cut the toes of the boot ? I thought we had to cut the toes off our feet ... oops

  • How does cutting them help once the liner is back in?

  • wow promoting safety and aggressivemall apparel at the same time this guy knows whats up

  • I wish some people would just read the comments first.

    Always the same question..

  • i just got the EB denimens and why do should u cut the toe out

  • @iblade2much Toe cuts help you fit into a smaller Valo boots for the tighter fit (Valos are pretty heavy, so people try to downsize them) - I tried on a pair of size 8 valos on today, and the width was fine, but my toes were cramped a bit lengthways. So instead of buying a size 9 boot that's heavier, I'll probably buy a size 8 boot and toe cut them for the comfort. The only *apparent* downside is that it'll kill if you hit your skates right on the toe, but it's only a minor difference.

  • @iblade2much just in case if its too tight, you could cut it and make it roomy, dude. instead of buying another skates.

  • @iblade2much because valos are to tight to fit other liners in so people cut out the toes so you can

  • Why would you want to do this? lol

  • @MrFleafanatic it is possible but then the liner and your foot will sstick out, most people cut valos cuz thayre tighter fit and so tht way they have more freedom in their toe area, bu then again the valos have a leather skin over the plastic and that way your toes are still inside the skate, i wouldnt recomend cutting razors u should keep them as they are,, i skate razors

  • Anyone else excited for the valo lights?!

  • So I'm size 9, got some size 10 TV2's right now and there a little big..

Dya reckon I could fit some size 8's if I toe cut them?

    Reply please :)

  • @BOXZAA if you bought a skate with a size 10liner you can but a size 8 liner in toecut is if you wanna have a bigger liner inside

  • why do u need to cut the toes off???

  • What does it do better?

  • why cut out the toes?

  • @bmx4life2210 Apparently it's so your skates will fit you for longer ie if you feet are still growing. Peace.

  • hmmm does that mean theres no liner like usd?

  • Is it possible to fit a size 9 trust in a size 9 toe cut valo?

  • amall i have a question ,i can change the valo ab skin for the eb marron in the valo eb boot

  • Skate shells are made in a handful sizes that only cover a few shoe sizes each , (small - size 6/8, medium - size 9/11) ((not exact sizes)) etc. If you're forced to get a size shell that is the largest possible shoesize, it might be cramped and shitty..in that case, cutting the toes of your boots off is perfect.

  • im cunfused what does the toe cut do to your skates cuz im thinking its just screwing up the entire skate

  • @VvKRIPTONITEvV it opens up the toe area of your skate, valo fit very narrow so if you have wider feet toe-cutting can remove pressure on the toes. i did this as im right on the border between two shell sizes, where a UK 9.5 had my toes hitting the toecap and a size UK10-11 shell felt massive and loose. so a 9.5 with toe-cut gave me enough room for comfort, whilst keeping the fit snug and feeling more responsive. whether it's worth it depends on foot size/shape and preference really tbh tho.

  • Whats good about the toe cut?

  • "Light" is in Finnish "Valo"

  • Is it possible to fit a size 8 if im a size 10 if i toe cut and put a valo liner in ?

  • They look like nice high top shoes at 1:31

  • what is toe cutting for?

  • dont get it..buying new boots and cutting it,instead of buying your size boots.HELP ME!

  • Can someone please explain to me what toe cutting is for!

  • @0692gustavo its for if you have bigger feet or a bigger liner and you want to fit in a smaller skate

  • @0692gustavo If you have a skate that is size 9 for example, and you are a size 10, you cut out the toe area so it can fit

  • @0692gustavo I think its if u get a new liner and its to big for the skate or if the skate is a little to small.

  • O.O ddnt even knowi could take my skate apart like that!

  • hey amall im just wondering do you have to toe cut the erik bailey also or does this apply for all valo skates in general

  • does anyone know what liner would make my Valo's 2 sizes smaller?

  • is there any way to make a size 14 valo into a size 12 valo?

  • @BBBMXbbbmx i have the same problem. they only sold my valo's in ssize 14

  • @BBBMXbbbmx Wear multiple pairs of socks :D

  • hey amall reply

does the plastic bit at the end

  • W-T-F

  • if i toe cut a size 9 erik bailey (the gray ones) will i be able to fit a size 10 liner in them?

  • hey so does that mean if i bought a size 10 valo skate, and i toe cut it, that i could fit a size 10 aftermarket liner??

  • why would you want to cut out your toes?

  • @jamessk8r1234 that's what i'm saying ? This is the 1st aggressive inline skate video in years and it's for inner liners ? wow aggr skating has gotten pretty fuck stupid ! wish all these kids good luck with open toe surgery !

  • @SPOOKYDONKEY3030 lol totally

  • @jamessk8r1234

it just opens up the skate another half size, thus being able to fit different liners, or if your toes are cramped in the end, the space you need.

  • Why would you cut the toes off, I don't see the point in it!?

  • ihave the same hoody :D

  • what liners are in the skates in the end ???

  • @MRshikarimosher Trust Catalyst Liners.

  • @dominicgreen12 cheers man

  • i think toe cut is if you have skates tht used to fit u but dont anymore but you cant afford to buy new blades so you toe cut to make em all tht much bigger

  • id do the toe cut with my foot in the boot. and just use a chainsaw. hellz yeah.

  • I want to get valo's cause they look sic but i dont do much vert

i now roll whit Usd Evo's

is valo good for street cause its hardboot?

  • @rellik94 its all about preference man, if you want valos get valos, if you dont like em trade someone for some remz or somethin.

  • im a size 11 UK in vans(12 us) so in valos would i be a size 12 uk? (13 us)

  • yeah im with those who dont understand why would someone cut off their toes in their boots

  • are they valo tv 2

  • @neaco12 no AB.1 (alex broskow

  • @neaco12 no they were the alex broskow pro model

  • looks and sound like dental work

  • I don't understand why you want to cut the toe off?!

  • @robquilter it says in the decription to fit a smaller size or put in aftermarket liners

  • ...and why would you wanna cut the toe off? Why not buy a boot that fits your foot.

  • If your an 11 would a size 10 toecut fit?

I already tried 10 and it didnt

  • you can fit trust in a valo skate without toe cutting. totally unecessary

  • can you fit jugs without toe cut?

  • @WelcomeToSF you would have buy a bigger size skate with your regular size liner

  • What's that for???

If you do that, and acidently touch in something with the front of the inline skate, it will hurt your feet! :s

  • doesnt this make the front of the skate soft?

  • deixa de ser zé mane vai machucar seu alem de zuar sua liner

  • will a size ( 8 uk ) ( 9 us ) trust liner fit in a size (8 uk ) ( 9 us ) valo ab1 if i toe cut it?

  • You could fit those liners in without a toe cut ._.

  • yes it probably would theres not much difference in size so there wont be a problem :)

  • you dont need to toe cut it.

  • how about cutting the toe of your liner?

  • @puppy010 Sorry, but don't be stupid.. ._.

  • i am serious

  • That's like cutting the toes off of your shoes.

    isn't it?

    So, it's a stupid idea.

If you're trying to downsize in a skate, you can get a bigger liner, toe cut the skate and it should fit.

you should if you've done it right be able to go 2 sizes down.

  • down? i want my skates bigger, they are too small not too big

  • @puppy010 Sorry, I apologize, I got mixed up there.

I meant you can go up a size.

    toe cut and bigger liner.

    that's all you need.

    or buy a bigger skate.

  • thank you

  • why the fuck would you toe cut your liner

  • lol roces

  • LMAO

  • if i am a size 9.5 us..what size should i get my ab.1s without cutting the toe??

  • size 10. thats what I got. fits awesome.

  • @lionheartt77 whats ur reguler shoe size

  • Wat size of valo skate should i get if im a US 10

  • is this for when you outgrew your skates? or is it just so u can get a smaller size and get ur feet to fit in em?

after all havin LITTLE skates looks awsome for style! :D

  • i got k2s could i cut the toes or is that only with valos?

  • You can only toecut hardboot skates with a skin. So VALO, Nimh(which are already toecut Razors Cult Shells) or some older Rollerblade Skates. K2 skate is a softboot without a plastic shell. I think you cannot toecut it!

  • this is pretty cool but what is the purpose for this? to get it to fit?

  • if you have size9 feet and you want to skate a size8 VALO, then you can do the toecut and you can put a size9 liner in the size8 skate. my friend did it on the AB1 because he didn't want to skate a large shell (size 9 and 10). So he took a size M shell ( 7 and 8) and cut toes off. Now he uses it with a 9 Liner and it really works great. Skate is pretty small and lightweight but fits perfectls to a size 9/10 foot! :-)

  • If I can fit an 8, and fit in a 7 somewhat uncomfortably, is toe cut a good idea? Also, are the liners in the TV 2's better than the older Valos?

  • hey a-mall, please reply. i am a size 9 skate and i want valos but a trust catalyst liner. would i be able to buy i size 10 skate and then just put the trust liner in or would i need to get a size 9 skate and toe cut it(my dads not happy with me toe cutting:P)

  • You would need a 10 with a 9 liner.

  • i don't see why you would want to ride a skate that needs the toe to be cut out for comfort and flex, it's kind of proof that valos arent very good....

  • I agree...but if your an old school dog like me, modding is always fun and a way to make the skate juuuuust right for you. Stock models arent always the best for everyones foot size...

  • nah valos are good man. good solid all around skate. i think the toe cut idea isnt a good one though because ive had nimhs and thought they were awful. personally i skate USD and deshi but have been considering getting valos ever since i tried a pair but those carbons are tempting me too

  • LMFAO...VALOs are nothing more than Majestic 12s with a ''fancy'' skin. that's a ROCES boot!! LOLOL

  • it used to be that

  • yup! Thats why they fuken rock! Mj12's baby! Simple, yet reliable.

  • ???? why the heck do u cut ur toes????

  • to fit different liners in

  • It creates a boot that is more flexible, and somehow feels like a softboot. Its the same concept that Nihms have. Cheers1

  • @Linkin1122 wow bro it says right in the video to fit a smaller size and an aftermarket liner lmao

  • at least he did it with enthusiasm

  • your welcome

  • What does this improve?

  • did you read the description by any chance?

  • no, i didn't, my bad, do you know if it does anything to the flex

  • i myself have never done it but i think it also helps with flex and movement and comfort

  • thanks

  • dude if you cut the toe further up to where the lacing starts you get so much more flex because the side walls move and they still can take a beating just lace up alittle tighter for a bit more ankle support

  • does it make your skate lighter??

  • is necesary to cut toe?

is for convenience or just to use a other liner?

    thx

  • Valo is imense!!!!!

  • can you toe cut nimh's

  • They come with the toes cut

  • if you watched the video, why would you be asking what it does?

  • i don't get it what does it do or make better

  • same, must make it comfier or something.

  • gives your toes more space doesnt make em all cramped

  • Could i fit broskow skins on my jj.1 velcros shell?

  • They should fit all valo skates except for the TV.1 i think

  • whats better this or chris xsjadows???

  • Valos Skate like a dream Gett Ab.1s

There a bit pricey but worth it =]

  • so thease r better than the o8three remz???

  • valo piss on remz get erik baileys

  • Hey Ivan what kind of dremel do you have?? lol

  • they look like sum really SICK trainers

  • HOLY ****...its 100 bux for replacement skins..ridiculous

  • would i have to do these for jug liner? sfe

  • so you mean that valo sides are very wide ?

  • would i have to do this if i wanted to put in some jug liners?

    cheers

  • one question: Does this have to do if you purchase these skates? please reply

  • No, its not necessary

  • removing the toe gives you more toe room, meaning you can buy smaller skates, which means their lighter, tighter around the sides of your feet giving you more direct controll

for example, say your a size 9, buy a size 8, cut the toe off, they will fit you but be tighter round the sides than a 9

  • A size 9 and a size 8 are the same shell size, just a different sized liner.

A better example wouls be if you're a size 9.5 or 10 buy a size 8 or 9 skate and cut the toe, then is should fit and you're not wearing boats on you're feet.

  • yeah alot of skate makes have the same shell for 2 different sixes, but valo shells are like 7-8, 9-10 , i bought some 9 valo and even though i am a size 9 they were huge, i got an 8 and cut the toe out and they were perfect.

  • seems like a waste to wreck such sexy skates

  • no sir

  • chest?

  • i think its kinda stupid

yurr juss pretty much ruining yurr skates

theres like no point in doin that rite?

  • ya holy fuck

if i had brand new broskows i would be like afraid to ride them

  • no sir

  • i dont understand why he done that ?

  • its cuz it opens the toe up and makes it more comfortable because u have toe room

  • maybe if u leave the skin on and the rest off u can use it as shoes

  • so theres no protection on the toe?

wont that hurt if you hit it when you miss a grind?

  • thats what i would assume. lol

  • and what do you you think is xsjado? wouldn´t it hurt with them too?

  • dude... it still hurts bangin your toe regardless...

  • what kind of liners are those... they wernt stock ab.1 liners

  • I think thoughs were jug chicago liners...

    Not really sure

  • i think you mean sifika chicago liners... those might be chicagos

  • oops your right...

    My B.

  • those liners arent on the market yet. top secret.

  • this is just a guess but did aggressivemall make a liner?

  • How is this useful maaan. Where am I ment to get a cutter, and grinder like that. Could still get the glasses though, haahaaa.

    Peace x

  • you could just carefully use a small saw and some sandpaper.

  • Fair point, clever guy. They should go through it using a saw and some sandpaper, rekon it would be more usful o more people you get me. Pitty I skate Remz, haaha. x

  • why would you do this? please tell me

  • A lot of poeple dont like stock liners...

And many poeple get Other liners. But have trouble fiting them in.

SO vutting the tow will provied extra space for your new liner.

I did it to my valo TV.2's and got some jug liners. Feel awsome.

  • oh thanks

  • No problem...
