oh my god when i was in high school i recorded this episode and played it over and over. pj harvey and primus and a bunch of other cool bands were on it. and i had some bitch friends who watched this with me and thought juliana was lame because she seemed "fucked up". i kicked them the fuck out of my house. thanks for posting this!

She reminds me of that old country music singer /songwriter called Mel Tillis who also has a similar speech impediment. (He has a bad stuttering problem, too). It is weird how both of them can't talk without stuttering, yet they can sing so fluidly.
