I'm stuck at final stage. How did you get to battle the Emotional King? I'm at day 50 and I always meet one or two, at most, Twenty Masters every night. Other than that, no opponents appear at the PA. I bought all the weather dolls, used them, and didn't help.

I have had this game game since it came out., still haven't beaten it. I can't seem to get all the medals. I need like 4 more or something. I'm stuck hah. You did crash a lot but sometimes your more worried about keeping out in front than about your drifts. Interesting enough- the game has a lot of references to the Japaneese anime series : Initial D- if you don't know what I'm talking about check it out everyone. Infact some of the cheat codes references to it.

@Drifter9020 nope lol. I beat him sorta early in the game...well not really. Ground Zero I believe is the second to last boss, but I haven't even beaten the game yet.

i beat this game 7 times, all of which in weird cars:

Block with the nissan stagea

outran by a R30 skyline

Owned by a peugeot 205... 400+ meters within 1:40

rx-7 Fc is a beast, thats hwy he uses it

I got close to this boss but had trouble w the fith stage one of the reason were the drift racing and the memory card didn't work so got delete so right now starting all over and lose my tounch on this game and might need help when I get back to the fith stage

some how you could be almost any1 with a daiahtsu storia x4 ( idk how its spelled so sue me). set the gears for spped and suspension for dirt settings and you'll be fine.

For the "Final boss", he's quite easy to beat compared to some of the others.

@peepeevagi the bosses are easy. the real chanlenges are tha CA races at night. Very hard and frustrating.

@jayive34 There's a few bosses that are fucking IMPOSSIBLE to beat, simply because of his car versus yours. Mid to late level bosses usually have things like Lancers and Skylines with 1000horsepower and top level parts D:

CA races at night can be challenging, but you get the hang of them. Boss races are just outright unforgiving.

I prefer to try to grip on Hokkaido seeing as how the rivals are a bit faster. A little tail sliding is good but to compete with most of these guys it's more about all-out-go rather and show.

I know it wasn't, but that didn't stop me or my friends from playing it. If you ever have the chance to grab a Japanese PS2 (relatively cheap on ebay) then that game is a must, definitely my favorite of all time.

I never had any trouble with dirt in this game, but then again I was usually using rally cars. Have you ever played Kaido Battle 2?

nice driving another thing i figured out is driving manuel really helps because i usually shift up and keep low rpms because with my mr2if you get over 5000 rpms i lose it really bad but i just bought a subaru and that seems to work really well

Actually i didn't have trouble beating most of this game up intill the president and his damn S2000 The car i used was well a 240 for the most part then a subaru for my rally. Subarus are king in that field. Evos are the Queens

it is actually 21 masters cause the last dude, but you find them in the long coarses ranging from hakone to hokkaido..

I raced EVERYONE and beat them I got about every car in the game and i use the 1000cc fiat rr for drift and street and I havn't found a really good rally car yet. point being I've beat all 20 masters and the masterlord but like only 2 of the 13 devils and 1 of the other group. I beat all of the event races and still the 13devils and stuff are hard to find even if i look in every parking lot day and night. what am i doing wrong???

To challenge Emotional King: try to unlock all of the courses especially the short ones, then defeat all slashers(Think you can defeat Mr. Mitsu all the way to Miracles Summit?). Then defeat all members of 13 devils and kingdom 12 (I said dis because to defeat Jintei, u hav 2 take on Kaido President, Kingdom 12's leader). That's all I have to say. I defeated Emotional King with my LanEvo8.
