Yes My Friend, that series was amazings!! I see today in Youtube the adress of the day when the eart still. wit Gorth on the movie of the 50´s that music was all made on Theremin.
You do very well the sound of theremin are very strange, but I learn with the book of Clara Rockmore, and well only need practic with the ear and try to fun and make good Sounds, Go on and You do very well! I love Star Trek Series.
@303y03 Suggest you watch technique of good melodic players - for example Lydia Kavina, Peter Pringle, Randy George, Carolina Eyck, Celia Sheen, Clara Rockmore - then emulate the one closest to the sound you are aiming for...
Sounds a lot like the Saw Lady. She is on youtube and she played the Sta Trek theme on a saw

good job, but mind your pitch. try using smaller movements when you handshake, and if it sounds wrong move a little bit.

For a first crack that was really quite good. Good spatial recognition. Now, you just have to learn the technique (hand positions)

I am checking out the array of tutorials on here now.
Seems to be more than one way to skin a cat :)
Pivoting at the elbow looks to be the common denominator.
I was approaching it trombone style:)

I have the tutorial DVD with Kavina.
