Check the Oppenet's Avater lvl at top right screen, and when the ava lvl is -61 you can attack cuz ur slay lvl is 61  :D

Ye you can attack it when your slayer level is the same as its combat level, thats why you lower its combat level at the obby

to damage or kill the avatar you must weaken it , on the top right corner it says avatar level that level must be your slayer level or lower to damage it, to get it low u must collect soul fragments and use on oblisk then u can weaken him but you can make your avatar stronger to bury bones in your graveyard good luck runescape players :]
