I don't know what makes people think that CS is an underrated band, I mean, they've performed both in Woodstock 94 and 99, they've been touring with bands as a Aerosmith, Bon Jovi; most of their albums have been certificated with gold and platinum, and they are the band from the 90's that own more number one singles in USA than any other band from the 90's (Nirvana, STP, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumkins, ETC.)... Come on, Collective Soul is great and not underrated.

I suggest you go see them. They are one of those most down to earth band you will ever see and they get the crowd into the music. I have seen them twice once in 99 and just last month and I got to meet them at the M&G they held before the concert and they really care for their fans otherwise they wouldn't be doing what they do.
