You are handsome. My son is in the 82nd Airborne now, 546th Transportation Company. I think they are called Special Operations. He wants to learn to fly helicopters and I wish his dream comes true. My daughters dad was in Vietnam in 66-67 too. the 135th Infirentry (sp) Cacti Division. My son's here in Eastern Oregon until Wednesday and he goes back to Camp Leatherneck until Nov. I worry about him so.
Abu Company 1/327 here, God bless Buschmasters, our brothers in battle, you won't ever be forgotten. Thank you for protecting our past so we may protect the present and future.
I was one of the replacement that arrived in June of 1967,, This is the first time I have seen this video and was surprised to see faces I havent seen in over 40 years. I was fortunate to serve with some of the greatest and braves young men.
I have a Zippo lighter, bought about 10 years ago from a market stall. It has the inscription PHAN-RANG on the front and a name "Kieu-Oanh" 70/4 BH is written after the name. It has a crest of double wings with a bird above it. And on the back it says HIIYA 310-TH AIR COMMANDOS. Any information on my lighter would be much appreciated.
