This is cool, but I think it's disrespectful when the spotlight is on a particular accordion player, and the accordion player next to him is making noise.

@lokks707 It is not disrespectful because each player had their turn in the spotlight. If one or 2 had been left out then yes I would agree. Also the one in the spotlight is the one playing the melody the player on the side is "making noise" not playing the actual song.
