The players seem to stay very elevated when taking a shot, which at least in snooker never happens. Their chin should be touching the cue during the stroke.

I admit, it may be an irellevant detail, but it really bugs me how the animators didn't notice that.

Got this game today on the wii, great fun and so so addicting its unbelievable. The commentary is so detailed to the extent that it tells you which ball you are looking at. The crowds reactions are really good and theres all sorts of unlockables, you can customize your player and buy new cues. fantastic game, 10/10

I hope one day these games involve a sort of career progression, i.e. as players get older they drop down the rankings, and younger players move up the rankings etc. And the game becomes harder as your character gets older. I don't know if it's been fixed yet, but I hope the rankings show more explanation of where the points come from, and actually reflect how the rankings work in reality. Also create/remove tournaments (switch venues etc.) as seasons go by.

6 years on and they STILL haven't got the camera angles right! Either make it a 1st person game or as it's seen on TV. I haven't seen any actual gameplay, but I suspect there'll be too many cut aways and low angle views - it's impossible to keep a track of what the balls are doing!!

I got the 2004 and 2007 versions. I only have a couple of problems. The tables are far too slow and there needs to be some proper collision detection between the cue and white ball. This version looks better, especially graphically. 2007 plays a good game of snooker, but it's disappointing when you think how simple snooker must be next to baseball, football, tennis or something like grand theft auto.

Its apparent to me that the video quality is pretty low (check out the the blurring of the text) so to say the graphics look crap is unfair in my opinion. I personally think on a decent TV this game will look amazing. The player appearances aren't great but personally if I was to buy this game I wouldnt be buying it for how good the players look! As for gameplay, you can only go so far with a snooker game, so it goes without saying that if you like playing snooker/pool you'll probably like this!

Bloody ridiculus, terrible graphics and one of the most boring games you can imagine, ive unfortunately bought all previous games for a few years now but dissapointted every time!, this game has gone as far as it can for the forseable future to be honest and this like the darts game recently released, is the sort of which can never make a quality immersive and lengthy game , bored in 5 mins is my verdict , crap! ( and im a snooker fan!!!).
