Stewie should have been Riff! You could have still had Meg as Magenta so the siblings thing would have worked. Stewie is just so not the non-verbal no intelligent thoughts Rocky...He's definitely got more of the methodical take over the joint when they least expect it Riff. Other than that pretty good.
i was actually thinking the same thing before the final edition. But then i remembered riff raff and magenta were brother and sister, so thats how i came to that conclusion
