I love this phone from AT&T.I listened to 1 1/2 songs with the XM Radio feature and it completely used up the 1mb data package I had just purchased minutes before.Also I bought a ringtone for $2.50 which was fine but the airtime data used cause a additional charge of almost $4 so about $6.50 for one ringtone? AT&T you are not going to gain any new customers or keep current customers,unless they are rich, with these prices. Bring back the Unlimited Data package for PayAsYouGo customers.

dont buy any sony or other brand phones from att because they take away a lot of features that u would get

the "W" in w518 means walkman, so u should be able to play music, but they take away the usb that plugs into the computer so u cant put music on there, and even if u do have the usb, it doesnt recognize the phone

weird that there are no included headphones... most SE "w" or walkman phones come with really good headphones. I loved the ones I had with my old w580i. The w580i took REALLY good pictures too... not just for a phone either. I took over 500 pics on our vacation with it and nobody could tell they weren't taken with a cell phone camera. The 3 MP on this one should be even bettter.

as he's said before... most of the phones he has to send back after 2-3 weeks... if he really likes a phone he can request to keep it, at which point its upto the company to decide if they want to charge him or not for it (usually they dont or a very small fee).
