This is sad to watch, and even sadder to know these men are being mistreated by the current communist regime of Vietnam. It's very unfortunate that their fallen brothers' final resting place is neglected and disrespected by the communist government of Vietnam.
@rukahk981: Let me be the third person who isn't on either side, so I'll be fair: People keep saying that the ARVN graveyard isn't maintained and respected by the new regime, but I wonder "Why should they???" These guys died in battles which means they probably shot dead some of their fellows, too. Ask yourself if you ever want to visit NVA graveyards and offered their dead incenses? Or if a high-profile US diplomat woud visit the NVA graveyard? I'll tell you: that won't happen!
@ivycoolname Good argument. It may be true that the ARVN military cemetery is the "enemy" to the new regime, but if the government did not mess around with it, such as deface it, or take destroy the tomb of the unknown, then I would not have a problem. It is left up to the individual families to take care of their fallen (and that is what they are able to do now). I do not expect the government to visit the cemetery and offer incense, but I do want them to leave it alone in the first place.
I know that God is testing us in our most difficult or darkest hours to see if we can choose between good and bad.The fact is that our time on earth is really short or temporary and the time in heaven is for eternity .Dont be sad or sorrow, all the freedom fighters are already in heaven, because they chose to fight for freedom.
Death or freedom.Rest in peace, you all sure go to heaven, because you all fight for the freedom of the people just like our ancestors who are fight for thousands of years for freedom also.We will never forget you.Freedom fighters.

You should feel that the new regime is nice enough that they didn't dig the remains up and flatten the area, they just left it alone as it is, instead. So if this cemetery looks bad, blame the dead's families for not taking care of their loved ones' tombs, instead blaming the government.
