Strange I never got the staff. I just ran past him and was able to activate the portal somehow and i went to the next place. Im mad that i cant go back there.

You can get the staff, I just did it, scale the mountains around the place until your on top, then keep going until you get to behind where the portal is, if you did it right the guy shouldnt move when you get close to him. Simply damage him alot until hes near death then back up and let him normally go and take the staff, make sure he grabs it first and then kill him. Now loot his body RIGHT AWAY and take the staff and quickly run into the portal, this giving you the staff :D

@WhosTrevzy you dont need to activate it if he didnt take the staff out, just go in the portal lol. Just make sure you have a save before going to sovngarde or you cant leave and once youre done the greybeards disappear. So if you dont have all the shouts and want to get more of those quests from the greybeards id suggest doing those before doing sovngarde.

@imhere4help Because there are two that are given to you through quests (SPOILERS!) The wooden mask is found near Labyrinthian and allows you to go back in time to place the other masks on their pedestals to get the Konahrik mask (SPOILERS END HERE)

I found all of them easy. Easiest way I found was with mehrunes razor. Save before you fight any priest. Then just stab those fuckers. The blade has a small chance of instant kill. Makes it really easy

An easy way to fight dragon priests as a Breton is to take the Atronach standing stone (50% spell absorb) and activate the Breton ability (Dragonskin, 50% spell absorb) for 60 seconds of 100% absorb. Stand in their cloak for unlimited magicka and blast away.

I think it's Volsung that's the worst Pries I've fought so far, only because he guards a shout wall and you have to fight a dragon to get to it. He attacks you if you get close to the wall so you can have it so you're fighting a dragon and Volsung at the same time. It SUCKS.

"coc Skuldafn01", "coc Skuldafn02", "coc Skuldafn04", or "coc Skuldafn05" which ever you prefer. Then the way I used to get out is the command "coc Riverwood" but you can teleport to and town name you know

@TheKoldn im not entirely sure if this will work, but use the shout "odhaviig" the one you used to summon the dragon that flew you to the gate to Sovngarde. He might fly you back to the place. Go ahead and re-navigate the tunnel, which would be a pain, but if you really want Nahkriin, I think you might have to do it. Go back to the place where you killed him (because obviously you had to kill him if you killed Alduin) and loot him, and take the mask :)
