if you have access to a drill press try and get some O-rings and then using a drill press drill holes into the washers Id say 6 or 7 and then using a nut with something to insulate the bolts tighten them down.
This should accomplish 2 things 1) seal the cells and 2) give you a greater surface area.
also be sure to use rubber washers to keep the bolts from grounding the 2 end washers.
Yes, I was getting 1/2 LPM at 3 amps with a leaking gasket.
I've changed the design slightly, but I plan on using more KOH (potassium hydroxide) to get better results. I'm hoping to keep the amperage below 10A.
Check out my latest video (video 35) with a revised design of this fuel cell. It only demonstrates the output, but I will post another video tonight that will show actual liter per minute results.
Nice for the size,Try big washers.

I think that instead of using the female spade connectors you could use male ones which would be flat.

See how that works.

1/2 a litre is great for that size cell with such low power supply

great concept!
do you get half a liter per min with those 3 amps or do you need more amps??
thx

I wonder if you could place the design i sent you in between the cutting board and see how it does

it would be interesting to try your design like this.
I haven't had a chance to try your design yet, but when I do, I will be sure to post my results.

Nice work, like the design!
