the karate kid moves were meant to be used differently, 4:36 look at Doug's hands and replace oponent with a woman, but i'm not so sure about the painting thing.... maybe it's for luring someone to you, keep alot of money in that hand and wave it like in wall painting and you will get atleast someones attention.

The best part of Angels in the Outfield is that the whole premise, the 'when the Angels win the pennant' thing, was just sarcasm. Its like if he said 'when Hell freezes over' so the kid prays to have Hell frozen. And nobody, not the kid or Heaven itself, realizes. That guy tricked GOD without trying.
