  • Comment removed

  • @Serdikhan your comments make no sense! YOUR the one whos "bla bla blaing"

  • @scaryguy004 Liek you have anything useful to say

  • Wait was that kid in angels on the outfield jospeh Gordon-levitt from inception

  • @ADDICTIVEthings yes it is!!!

  • Comment removed

  • the karate kid moves were meant to be used differently, 4:36 look at Doug's hands and replace oponent with a woman, but i'm not so sure about the painting thing.... maybe it's for luring someone to you, keep alot of money in that hand and wave it like in wall painting and you will get atleast someones attention.

Miyagi knew what he was talking about

  • in the 2nd movie the ducks had to practice again because they got new players and were about to participate in an international compaction. still a very good review.

  • I think Angels in the outfield was a remake...

  • hey you leave angels in the outfield alone. I love that movie. And the mighty ducks

  • Yay! Olympics theme! :)

  • Nostalgia Critic didn't know, what Joseph Gordon-Levitt will become popular :3

  • girls can move couches. I'm a girl, I've been able to move a couch for years.

  • @woopsadaisy10 blaspehmy

  • @woopsadaisy10 But can you Pee on a Sofa standing up?

  • @RisingVictor I have you know the spinoff prequel to the Christmas Special movie lauched a very popular Christmas song.

  • You do know that Air Bud was real right?

  • Hey NC you take paper or plastic... Lol..

  • Angels In the outfield was a remake...

  • @3:40

He has a paper plate taped to the back of his head! Lol XD!

  • 3:57 John Travolta?

    3:58 Some Hawaiian guy?

4:01 Yea... surely looks like Doc.

  • Sandlot Kids...Classic

  • I liked sports movies.

  • @pumarunner88 the canadians and the Russians love hockey that's why

  • Aw, I loved Air Bud.

But then they went and whored out the franchise. Bastards.

  • Comment removed

  • I love the mighty ducks!

  • I like how that punch sent him flying

  • Does anyone else find it funny that God has a watch on?

  • Air bud was good, the two billion sequels were bad

  • But i love Angels in the Outfield ..

  • I always wondered what the fashionation with The Mighty Ducks movies was, even as a kid. I never saw what was so special about them.

  • what about The Sandlot?

  • omg i never noticed it until now but yes, so many lame kids sports movies in the 90s. might ducks was decent though considering its massive genericness

  • oh so that's why Stan Marsh had to coach the pee wee hockey team that episode is so LOL

  • no, IT'S YOUR BROTHER!!!

  • Angels in the Outfield is actually a remake of the 1951 film of the same name.

  • ANGELSSSS

    3:55

    You stop that curveball!

    You help his pitching!

    You give him a backrub!

You give that creepy angel that looks like Christopher Lloyd to do some pointless flashy special effects!

  • I think the Sandlot is the best out of all of them

  • The best part of Angels in the Outfield is that the whole premise, the 'when the Angels win the pennant' thing, was just sarcasm. Its like if he said 'when Hell freezes over' so the kid prays to have Hell frozen. And nobody, not the kid or Heaven itself, realizes. That guy tricked GOD without trying.

  • the God part was funny!

  • only whore and sluts *washes mouth out with soap* can pee standing up

  • i find it so funny to look back at angels in the outfield and see that he was that kid. The same kid that's been doing a majority of Gay movies. pretty good ones i might add. Specifically "Mysterious Skin."

  • Pah! I've peed standing up, did it without making a mess, and I was only three or four years old! And my seventy year-old grandmother managed to move a couch all on her own! We fucking rule! XD

  • XD i predicted the guy would punch him and he did im psycic :D

  • The sandlot doesn't really fit the formula, but it's a great movie.

  • i object to the showing of cool runnings

that was based on a real story

    calgary winter olmypics

paved the way for the great showing at vancouver 2010

  • The Nostalgia Critic looks like Daniel Stern.

  • my mom can move a couch

  • i must say Air Bud, the first one, was a pretty great movie, sadly it was butchered by sequel after sequel after sequel. each sequel sucking and just when you think those sequels couldnt sink any lower they make sequels with puppies....that can talk cause everyone knows an animal isnt cute unless they can talk.

  • @MrMatto91 The first Air Bud wasn't a great movie but it was good movie. I can't really watch it today but I remember loving it when I was little.

  • Does anyone else hear like, wind in the background of this video?

  • "A nasty eathquake kills billions?..sry not really my department, Oooh thousands of children starving in Africa? Sry i do work in mysterious ways...

*GASP* a little boy wants me to rigg a baseball game so he could be reunited with his selfish jackass father?

    *THUNDEROUS* ANGELS DO YOUR DUTY!!!!!

PRICELESS .....but most people do feel that way about God

  • @RasenShuriken003 While I did find the NC's joke funny, there are alot of things and factors in how God acts and it doesn't necessarilly have to do with him working in mysterious ways. It is there, it surely is but there are other things. You can read more in the comments on my profile.

  • i have been playing mirrors edge for so long that i acctuly know how to wall run

  • YOU DON'T TALK SMACK ABOUT AIR BUD, NC!!!

  • wax on wax off wax on wax off wax on wax off wax on wa- *WHAM!*

  • Mighty Ducks and Angels in the outfield were made probably because the actual teams were owned by Disney. Weird how once Disney sold both teams, they both won the championship.

  • @NinjaPaperMario The Mighty Ducks team came after the movie, though. IT was formed a year later because of the movie's success.

  • 4:40 made me cry with happiness ^^

  • I love all the original Air Bud films, but the new films about Buddy's kids annoy me to know end.

  • I love Sandlot! Both the first and second. I haate that the most overrated ones are the ones that feature school teams and stuff like that. I actually liked Air Bud.

  • hahha! paper plate halo! xDD

  • lol

  • thumbs up for loving the fat kid :P

  • Shame. I think the Air Bud abortions killed the family sports movie genre.

  • Angels in the outfield taught me to pary for my fav team to win championships, still waiting for the minnesota vikings to win a super bowl

  • I liked bad news bears, the sandlot, and angels in the outfield, but other than that, the others suck.

  • 4:01 wait, that wasnt christopher lloyd? weird

  • @dan223344556677 It's Christopher Lloyd!

  • @Bauglir100 really? he looks strange, young perhaps.

  • Didn't Bad News Bears get a remake? I may be wrong but there was a sports movie with Billy Bob Thorton. Of course it had foul language but I know "Bears" was in the title. Anyone remember what it was called?

  • @215jmo it was called bad news bears, but yeah it was a remake

  • @215jmo it was called the bad news bears. same title

  • air dog did suck but the other ones werent that bad

  • 3:30 ! ! !

    :)

  • 2:24- My mother and I moved not one, but two couches into our house a few years ago. Without my father or brothers. During a storm of freezing rain. Beat that, Critic!

...and you guys don't even own peeing standing up. You just own doing it standing in front of a toilet.

  • i saw the mighty ducks in rogers

  • hah the paper plate

  • @MissAlainey1991 I don't really see how it's likable unless you're subject to nostalgia

  • @kaihedgie

we all have our secret fav movie duds and i happened to have this one

  • @MissAlainey1991 Not so secret if you're pretty open about it

  • @kaihedgie

this is the first time ive been open about it really

  • Little Giants was aight I just like Rick Moranis

  • lol love the paper plate halo

  • Bad news Bears was different, I expected them to win, they didn't.

  • i quite like the sandlot

    THE BEAST FTW

  • That geeky kid example looks like what I think Elton John looked like as a kid.

  • 5:05 he should have put in the scene of street fighter "OF COURSE!"

  • Of Course !

  • Mighty ducks (all three of them) weren't that bad. but the cartoon as pure seagul fecies. i wish the critic would take a crack at that...if he can stand it.

  • air bud was a pretty good movie

  • girls can pee standing up :<

they just need a little space :3

  • Nuh they need to bend a bit.

  • @oiramldx : Communist lies!

  • @oiramldx DON'T RUIN OUR THING! Let us have this one :(

  • @oiramldx "standing up" as in completely upright. no squatting or anything.

  • @oiramldx...

    but they can`t ain \o/

  • @oiramldx eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew

  • @oiramldx

unless they have a straw amirite? ;>

  • @oiramldx Heh heh. Gross

  • @oiramldx you lie :O

  • The boy at 2:25 wasn't troubled. He was the leader of a baseball team who taught a wimpy boy how to throw and catch a baseball. That movie was "The Sandlot."

  • 4:35

    Doug Walker vs. Rob Walker

  • You leave poor Tommy alone. He had to survive 6 seasons with French Stewart!

  • 1:41 cool runnings was awesome, it doesn't deserve to be put in the same group as the mighty ducks..

  • The only movie i disagree with him is Angels in the Outfield. I loved that movie

  • you know what critic i like air bud i mean that dog could actually play basketball thats pretty cool

  • This guy is a pure genious! NC ftw!

  • Fuck yeah, paper plate halo

  • I can watch 3:33 to 3:56 all day .

  • Air bud sucked, so why where there Shitloads of stupid sequels afterward?!

What movie studios will do for a few bucks...

  • we own that

  • that girl can do anything we can except pee standing up rofl

  • god has a plate stuck to his head(god works in mysterious ways......)

  • God can do everything at once. I wouldn't judge that part about the movie

  • There was no girl in The Sandlot

  • absolutely right, but The Sandlot 2 did have a girl.

  • Crap, I only seen 1 and 3

  • sanlot 2 had a girl

  • Air Bud sucked! I didn't even want to see it at the movies, but somehow I had to.

  • ROFLCOPTER

  • meh the first sandlot was good

  • The Mighty Ducks (along with Hancock) is the most predictable film ever made, you can guess what's gonna happen throughout the whole movie and get everything right just by watching that 1st 10 minutes

  • is that a plate on your head? xD

  • lol 0:18

  • What about Dodgeball?

  • He does old movies.Dodgeball is kinda recent.

  • Not this, That was a reply to someone who said that sports movies outside of Slap Shot were awful.

  • That's more for mature audience.

    This focuses on kids films.

  • that's true! i'm a jackass! comparing Mighty Ducks to Slap Shot is like comparing Pokemon to The Godfather! they're aimed at different demographics :)

  • yes, i enjoyed Dodgeball. i take back what i said :) i was judging a whole genre based on a couple of films. sorry, i was being ignorant

  • Plus, Dodgeball satirizes he whole 'Underdog sports team" formula. It's more of a spoof than anyhting else, not a true sports movie.

  • Dodgeball isn't a ten year old, or older, movie. Thus the Critic won't go it.

  • Didn't you see my last comment?

  • lmao except for moving the couch or pee standing up, we OWN that.

  • girls can pee standing up

    just not in a toilet

  • that thing with god is so fucking true.

  • Of course there's no rule in Basketball that says you can't bring a dog to play, because no one would be stoned enough to bring one!

  • Friday night lights is an amazing film (The best sports film)

  • THAT IS CHRISTOPHER LLOYD

  • He's the only person in that film that doesn't make you want to kill yourself

  • I remember watching all these movies as a kid, and hating every last one of them (okay, I liked Karate Kid). Maybe it was these movies that turned me off sports.

    The "God" bit was epic

  • 3:30 tee hee

  • lol 3:40 you know when u dont ave budget when u use a styrofoam plate on ur head to imitate god

  • sandlot has to be one of the most underrated movies of all time

  • @MetaPunkXP Indeed. I think it's the greatest sports movie ever made because it's not a sports movie, it's just about several kids enjoying their childhood with one another. It really helps in giving a nostalgia trip.

  • @gruntora Exactly. Its just a crying shame the sequels lowered the bar : (

  • dude i hate fucking air bude it such a stoopite movie and retarted a dog playing baskitballl and whering shoes how fucking stoopid the dog must be thingking whu the fuck i shud be chewing these damn shoes

  • It's a shame that many people, even my own mom, BOUGHT this piece of crap of a movie simply because they thought the dog was so COOL and CUTE playing sports.

  • @ZeusAssassin I guess people would buy a movie about a sleeping cat too then, because it's sooo adorable ;)

  • Last time I saw someone try and play basketball with their dog, they nailed the dog in the face and the dog died 4 seconds later from severe head trauma.

  • Air Bud is probably the worst of this genre, spawning a bunch of lousy spin-offs to go with it.

  • Sandlot and Angels in the Outfield are my fav sports movies.

  • No They Actually win!

  • OR DO THEY?

  • I love how he used characters from Sandlot, even though it didn't follow the formula that sports movies followed (yes, it had baseball, but it didn't center on "winning the big championship" mcguffin.)
