I have a front garden with a driveway. At the bottom of my garden is a "public" side walk / pavement and a "public" road so members of the "public" go past all the time on foot and in cars.It is none of my concern who goes by as it is "public" not "private" that guy needs to put up a six ft fence around his house and shut the hell up, nosey bastard.
