  • I'm totally judging you right now..do you really call this kimchi jjigae? First of all, you're supposed to stop stirring when the tofu is in because when your stir the tofu it breaks. Second of all, there's way to many ingredients and not enough broth...and third of all, if you plan on teaching people how to make it, i suggest you learn to make it the correct way yourself. Good day.
