what if you don't use the pancake mix? Is there alternations? like other combinations of flour/salt/sugar and baking powder/soda?

@Kachii3 Instead of pancake mix, you can mix all purpose flour (or cake flour), corn starch, baking soda and sugar. I would say the proportion of flour and cornstarch will be 8:2, with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 table spoon of sugar. I hope this will help you. Enjoy cooking!!
