@ohmygoditsyomamma - I just realized this video is a year old. I just recently saw a similar 'design' in the river at this same location. I hope they dont harass the artist. I think it looks interesting, and adds a little charm and mystique to the old city!
@BaltimoreAndOhioRR You can pick up a rock, just don't set it down again, especially on top of another rock. Don't carry it off either, or they will get you for stealing . . . a rock. Just stand there and hold that rock until a storm causes the river to rise above your waist. At that point you can drop the rock, slip under the water yourself, and escape down river to relate safety.
They're back! There's some down there right now.:-) Unless today's flash flood washed them away...
