  • I don't care who you are, if you can almost get done with Ab Ripper, you're kicking some butt. It still is taking me some time, but I'll get there. Good work man.

  • I was really happy with yesterdays Ab Ripper, I actually hit all the Mason Twists! Not just kinda going side to side, but hitting the floor. WOOHOO!!

  • Agreed. I will take the singles if thats all I can push myself to do right now. Making sure I get the primary workout in during the day is the most important thing right now I think.

  • Enjoy phase 2. Your balance will improve over time as you get stronger and more flexible. As long as you are seeing progress that is the main thing! good luck with the diet. I think we all struggle there the most.

  • I'm definitely seeing changes in my biceps and triceps. I hope my back starts to kick in more, I was doing really well in phase 1 with that but its tapered off a bit. But overall I still feel like I am making progress, so I'm still happy.

  • Watch those doubles... they can burn you out. I think we are running parallel... I got sick and missed a workout this week too and I'm almost to the point of doing abripper without breaks. Keep it up... You're my pace guy :-)

  • Yeah, I didn't think doubles would be that big of a deal since I was up at 4am doing the singles in phase 1. But something about doing 2 workouts a day and fighting a cold just seems to drain you. ;) I think scissors is my Achilles Heel right now, I have to rest on those the most.
